Public-private partnerships are essential to the achievement of The Gambia’s priorities as outlined in the National Development Plan (2018-2021) and the national achievement of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and 2030 Agenda. USEE fosters a collaborative and mutually-beneficial relationship with several Gambian ministries and agencies to support the on-going initiatives to engineer sustainable socio-economic and environmental impacts fuelled by youth and women empowerment.
USEE also designs and implements projects to develop a sustainable tourism industry in partnership with the government. The projects aim to advance sustainability policy and regulation, climate action, integration of SDGs, Circular Economy, Biomimicry and LEED in Gambian buildings, communities and livelihoods.
